Morgan Burrows is the founder of Billing Circuit, a California-based boutique medical billing firm known for its hands-on, client-first approach. With a background in medical billing operations and revenue cycle strategy, Morgan specializes in helping practices—particularly in podiatry, ophthalmology and dermatology—optimize revenue and navigate complex payer systems.
He brings a high level of detail and direct touch involvement to each client relationship, acting as a “fractional CFO.” Outside of work, Morgan enjoys playing pickleball and staying active in the local community. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Phoenix.
